She has over 20 years experience in technology project management across multiple industries including Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), financial services, utilities and healthcare.

Ms. West holds a B.S. degree in Marketing and Management Information Systems from Miami University. She is certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2020.
